Any one setting-up a private limited companies must send a copy of their Memorandum and Articles of Association to Companies House, together with Forms 10 & 12, that Companies House supply, and the fee, in order for the Company to be registered.

Our Memorandum and Articles of Association is a combined document with a copy of Table A. Table A is an extract from the Companies Act 1985 to which the Articles of Association refer.

It is very easy to complete and only requires you to enter the name of your company, the number and value of the share capital of the company and the list of Shareholders (these are called subscribers in the document). The shareholders' signatures are to be witnessed.
